目的研究不同管径海水管道在静态及不同海水流速环境中外加电流系统棒状辅助阳极对管道内部腐蚀防护的规律。方法模拟海水管道实海环境,对管道施加棒状辅助阳极外加电流阴极保护,连续测定管道不同部位保护电位,由此得到防护规律。结果静态试验中,随管径变小,最大保护距离越短,当管径直径≤100 mm时,棒状辅助阳极基本起不到保护作用,不适宜用此种方法保护。动态试验中,同一管径的管道,流速越大,保护效果越差,但影响不大,流速在2~4 m/s之间保护距离差异不大;不同管径,仍如静态实验结果相似,随管径变小,保护距离越短。结论棒状辅助阳极在海水管道中的保护距离有限,且不适合小管径管道,要想提供管道长距离稳定的保护效果需考虑其他方式。  相似文献

Cyanobacterial blooms are global phenomena that can occur in calm and nutrient-rich(eutrophic) fresh and marine waters. Human exposure to cyanobacteria and their biologically active products is possible during water sports and various water activities, or by ingestion of contaminated water. Although the vast majority of harmful cyanobacterial products are confined to the interior of the cells, these are eventually released into the surrounding water following natural or artificially induced cell death. Electrochemical oxidation has been used here to damage cyanobacteria to halt their proliferation, and for microcystin degradation under in-vitro conditions. Partially spent Jaworski growth medium with no addition of supporting electrolytes was used. Electrochemical treatment resulted in the cyanobacterial loss of cell-buoyancy regulation, cell proliferation arrest, and eventual cell death. Microcystin degradation was studied separately in two basic modes of treatment: batch-wise flow, and constant flow, for electrolytic-cell exposure. Batch-wise exposure simulates treatment under environmental conditions, while constant flow is more appropriate for the study of boron-doped diamond electrode efficacy under laboratory conditions. The effectiveness of microcystin degradation was established using high-performance liquid chromatography–photodiode array detector analysis, while the biological activities of the products were estimated using a colorimetric protein phosphatase-1 inhibition assay. The results indicate potential for the application of electro-oxidation methods for the control of bloom events by taking advantage of specific intrinsic ecological characteristics of bloom-forming cyanobacteria. The applicability of the use of boron-doped diamond electrodes in remediation of water exposed to cyanobacteria bloom events is discussed.  相似文献

挥发性有机物(VOCs)是主要的臭氧前体物之一,控制VOCs排放是打赢“蓝天保卫战”的重要组成部分.研究工业源VOCs排放特征和对O3生成贡献对制定和修订相关VOCs排放标准、有针对性控制VOCs排放具有重要意义.炭素行业是非金属制品业的重要组成部分,属于高污染行业,对该行业有组织VOCs排放的研究鲜见文献报道.本文选取河南省某典型炭素企业Y炭素厂作为研究对象,通过实地采样分析了不同工序有组织和车间内、外无组织117种VOCs排放特征,计算臭氧生成潜势(OFP)并评估了不同VOCs类别和物种对O3生成的贡献.研究表明,Y炭素厂排放因子为0.031 g·kg-1,其中焙烧工序有组织VOCs排放量最大.总有组织排放占比较大的VOCs类别有烯烃(23.56%)、烷烃(21.24%)、芳香烃(18.17%)、卤代烃(15.34%)和含氧化合物(8.95%)等,占比较大的VOCs物种有乙烯(18.2%)、乙烷(11.5%)、苯(8.66%)和 乙炔(7.15%)等.车间内无组织排放占比较大的VOCs物种则为萘和四氯化碳等.总有组织排放的VOCs中,烯烃、芳香烃和含氧化合物的OFP占比较大,分别为71.72%、11.35%、10.05%,其中乙烯、丙烯的OFP占比分别为52.91%和13.98%,是需要重点治理的O3生成前体物.  相似文献

The simultaneous electro-oxidation of Ni (II)-citrate and electrodeposition recovery of nickel metal were attempted in a combined electro-oxidation-electrodeposition reactor with a boron-doped diamond (BDD) anode and a polished titanium cathode. Effects of initial nickel citrate concentration, current density, initial pH, electrode spacing, electrolyte type, and initial electrolyte dosage on electrochemical performance were examined. The efficiencies of Ni (II)-citrate removal and nickel metal recovery were determined to be 100% and over 72%, respectively, under the optimized conditions (10 mA/cm2, pH 4.09, 80 mmol/L Na2SO4, initial Ni (II)-citrate concentration of 75 mg/L, electrode spacing of 1 cm, and 180 min of electrolysis). Energy consumption increased with increased current density, and the energy consumption was 0.032 kWh/L at a current density of 10 mA/cm2 (pH 6.58). The deposits at the cathode were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). These characterization results indicated that the purity of metallic nickel in cathodic deposition was over 95%. The electrochemical system exhibited a prospective approach to oxidize metal complexes and recover metallic nickel.  相似文献

The incineration of sacrificial offerings is a significant widely practiced custom that is also a kind of neglected air pollution source in China. Our results showed that the emission factors of particulate matter, SO2, CO, NOx, and VOCs emitted from the incineration of sacrificial offerings with purification systems were reduced by 95%, 19%, 9%, 82%, and 42%, respectively, compared with those without a purification system, revealing a significant effect of the flue gas purification system on reducing particulate matter and gaseous pollutants. The emission level of air pollutants from the incineration of sacrificial offerings remained stable before 2013 and then showed a remarkable decrease after the implementation of China´s Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan in 2013. The emissions of TSP (total suspended particulate), PM10, PM2.5, and NOx in 2009 were 8222, 6106, 5656 and 15,878 ton, respectively, obviously higher than 3434, 2551, 2305 and 8579 ton in 2019. Such trend was affected by both the quantity of incineration and the installation rate of purification systems after the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Crematory (GB 13801-2015) issued in China. Distinct spatial distribution of atmospheric pollutants from incineration of sacrificial offerings was found with higher in the east and south of China than the west and north of China, which is proportional to the regional economy and population. The maximum ground-level concentration typically occurred at 0.12-0.2 km from the pollution source, posing potential health risks to people entering and exiting funeral and burial sites and nearby residents.  相似文献

在微生物燃料电池中,阳极电势会对产电菌的富集和生长产生影响.为进一步明确阳极电势的作用,确定适合微生物生长的最佳阳极电势,在微生物燃料电池的阳极室中设置附加电路以改变阳极的初始电势,考察阳极初始电势对产电微生物的影响.将阳极初始电势设为350 mV时,产电微生物的生长明显变慢.而阳极初始电势为-200 mV和200 mV时,微生物的生长速度基本相同.稳定运行后,阳极初始电势分别为350、200和-200 mV的微生物燃料电池,阳极内阻分别为71、43和80 Ω.通过变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)分析微生物燃料电池稳定产电前后阳极微生物群落结构,虽然3个微生物燃料电池的阳极初始电势不同,但稳定后微生物群落结构相似,Clostridium sticklandii、Pseudomonas mendocina、Paenibacillus taejonensis在阳极的富集量最多,MFC对这3种细菌的强化富集作用最明显.  相似文献

Dechlorination of carbon tetrachloride by the catalyzed Fe-Cu process   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The electrochemical reduction characteristics of carbon tetrachloride (CT) were investigated using cyclic voltammetry in this study. In addition, the difference in reduction mechanisms of CT between Master Builders' iron and the catalyzed Fe-Cu process was discussed. The results showed that CT was reduced directly on the surface of copper rather than by atomic hydrogen produced at the cathode in the catalyzed Fe-Cu process. The reduction was realized largely by atomic hydrogen in Master Builders' iron. The entire CT in 350 ml aqueous solution with 320 mgL was reduced to trichloromethane and dichloromethane in 2.25 h when 100 g of scrap iron with FeCu ratio of 10:1 (ww) were used. Moreover, the reduction rate slowed with time. CT could be reduced at acidic, neutral and alkaline pH from solution by Fe-Cu bimetallic media, but the mechanisms were di?erent. The degradation rate was not significantly in?uenced by pH in the catalyzed Fe-Cu process; in Master Builders' iron it clearly increased with decreasing pH. The kinetics of the reductions followed pseudo-first order in both cases. Furthermore, the reductions under acidic conditions proceeded faster than that under the neutral and alkaline conditions. The catalyzed Fe-Cu process was superior to Master Builders' iron in treating CT-containing water and this advantage was particularly noticeable under alkaline conditions. The reduction was investigated in the cathode (Cu) and anode (Fe) compartments respectively, the results showed that the direct reduction pathway played an important role in the reduction by the catalyzed Fe-Cu process. The catalyzed Fe-Cu process is of practical value.  相似文献
